Client Human Society of Johnson County

Executive Summary This storyboard focused on enhancing the training process for volunteers at the Humane Society of Johnson County by creating a comprehensive eLearning module. The aim was to provide a more interactive and practical learning experience regarding animal behaviors that volunteers might encounter during their shifts. 

Challenge Previously, new volunteers were given a packet of training materials to review before their first shift. However, these materials lacked interactive elements and practical scenarios that would help volunteers understand and respond to various animal behaviors effectively. 

Solution To overcome these challenges, I developed an engaging eLearning module using Lectora. This module features real-life images and detailed descriptions of animal behaviors. Additionally, it includes interactive elements that allow learners to apply their knowledge through practical exercises and simulated scenarios, ensuring they are better prepared for their volunteer roles.
