Client Roofing Company (Customer Service Representative)
Executive Summary This module addressed the need for customer service representatives use a system of questions for a specific division within the roofing company, when interacting with customers and scheduling appointment.
Challenge The customer service representatives needed an interactive way to be introduced to the questions to ask for each division while answering the phones. This will affectively help to address the customer's needs by documenting the answers in the notes section of Improveit 360 for the roofing salesmen going out to an appointment.
Solution I created this interactive module in google slides for the customer service representative to complete. It was presented to them during the onboarding and training.
